Managing Employees
The Employees section provides a comprehensive view of all individuals in your organization, their security scores, risk factors, and event history.
Employee List
Navigate to Employees in the main navigation to see all employees. The list shows:
- Name and email
- Current score with band indicator
- Department
- Score trend (sparkline over 30 days)
- Last event timestamp
- Status (active, inactive, on leave)
Filtering & Sorting
- Filter by score band (Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Critical)
- Filter by department, location, or manager
- Search by name or email
- Sort by score (ascending/descending), name, or last event
Employee Detail View
Click an employee to see their detailed profile:
Score Tab
- Current score and band
- Score history chart (30, 60, 90, 180 days, or 1 year)
- Score breakdown by contributing factor
- Active decay effects on past events
Events Tab
- Chronological list of all security events
- Each event shows type, source, impact, and timestamp
- Filter by event category or date range
Actions Tab
- History of automated actions taken for this employee
- Pending actions awaiting approval
- Manual action buttons (assign training, send notification)
Training Tab
- Assigned training modules and completion status
- Assessment scores
- Training history
Manual Score Adjustment
Admins can manually adjust an employee's score with a reason. Manual adjustments are logged in the audit trail and decay over time like any other event.
Bulk Operations
Select multiple employees to perform bulk actions:
- Assign training: Assign a training module to selected employees
- Send notification: Send a security awareness message
- Export: Export selected employees to CSV
- Change status: Mark employees as active or inactive
Employee Import
Import employees manually via CSV if not using an IdP or HR integration:
- Navigate to Employees → Import
- Download the CSV template
- Fill in employee data (email, name, department are required)
- Upload the CSV file
- Review and confirm the import
