Dashboard Overview

The TIDALBAY admin dashboard provides a real-time view of your organization's human security posture, including score distributions, trending risks, and recent events.

Dashboard Widgets

Organization Score

Displays the aggregated security score across all employees:

• Average score: Mean score across all active employees
• Median score: Middle value of the score distribution
• Trend arrow: Direction of change over the selected time period
• Score distribution chart: Histogram of employee scores

Band Distribution

Shows the percentage of employees in each score band:

• Green (80–100): Low risk
• Yellow (60–79): Moderate risk
• Orange (40–59): Elevated risk
• Red (20–39): High risk
• Critical (0–19): Critical risk

Recent Events

A feed of the most recent security events across the organization, filterable by event type, severity, and department.

Top Risks

Lists employees with the lowest scores or the largest recent score drops, helping security teams prioritize attention.

Department Comparison

Compares average scores across departments, highlighting which teams may need additional training or attention.

Time Range Selection

All dashboard widgets support time range filtering:

• Last 24 hours
• Last 7 days
• Last 30 days (default)
• Last 90 days
• Custom range

Exporting Data

Dashboard data can be exported in multiple formats:

• PDF: Formatted report suitable for sharing with stakeholders
• CSV: Raw data for further analysis
• Scheduled reports: Automated weekly or monthly email reports
